CR Smith Fix
Part of the CR Smith family, FIX has been the dedicated repairs division of Scotland’s largest home improvement’s company for the last 10 years.
Prior to that CR Smith operated a small support service helping our own customers who were no longer under guarantee, as well as running a partnership with Fife Police servicing windows and doors and fitting additional security measures for vulnerable people across the county.
FIX was developed into its current form to support the customers of the numerous home improvement companies that have gone out of business or changed their name over the past four decades. It is a much-needed and trusted service for those who have had problems with their windows, doors or conservatory but their original installer has told them their guarantee is no longer valid.
Uniquely FIX also has the support of the main CR Smith business, including our highly experienced installation network and state-of-the-art factory. No other repair business can provide you with the peace of mind that you’re dealing with part of the CR Smith family, Scotland’s largest and most well-established home improvements company.
